Katie and the band combine alt-rock guitar riffs with catchy melodies and a soul-inspired vocal to empower the audience and get everyone moving. During her short time in Manchester, Katie has already supported Gnash at YES Manchester and is continuously building a loyal following in the city

Dorothy Ella is a funky singer-songwriter from Burton Upon Trent whose music touches on soul, disco and pop. Her sound is very upbeat and soulful, citing her major influences as Lianne La Havas, Aretha Franklin & Stevie Wonder. She chucks in a bit of Beyoncé sass with her onstage performances and always gets the crowd boogying.

Idle Hours
Since releasing the tracks ‘Powder White’ & ‘TV Crush’ Idle Hours have become a regular feature on the local Manchester circuit. The release of the punchy ‘Happiest Place on Earth’ shows the hard work they’ve put in since their first release in April 2018 and have been on rise ever since. Living together, the band write about social media and the digital dystopia in the world we live in, with themes of Hollywood scandal and modern politics ever present in their work. ”
