RED MAR produce an experimental and highly visceral form of rock music. The project was born out of the improvisations between two members in high school, and has since established into a group of musicians whom together create a precise and expressive form of noise-rock, while eschewing simple categorisation. Their live shows are confrontational, and their recorded material enveloping and unpredictable. With an equal measure of ritualistic grooves and repetition set against a ruthless rawness. Since 2019 they have performed in and around East Anglia and London, supporting the likes of GNOD, Show Me The Body and more
