THE HIDING MAGPIES are an alternative rock band based in North Manchester. Their first album covered all aspects of love, loss and redemption, with a nod to Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers. Their latest album has established them as a great melodic band in their own right. Their recent album ‘Searching For Gold’ has been hugely successful with the single ‘Devil In My Soul’ reaching fans around the world. Regardless, they are a formidable live band, and if there last show at The Peer Hat is anything to go by, this will be absolutely unmissable.
RAT RUNNER are a 3 piece blues rock group hailing from South Manchester, lead by songwriter, TG Lee.
Steeped in the blues rock of the late 60s such as Led Zeppelin and Jimi Hendrix and fused with the rich musical heritage that Manchester is renowned for, we expect an excellent performance.

RICK SIMPSON is a polyphonic guitar maestro. His classical guitar sets are always a joy to behold, ripe with bewildering and delight inducing complexity.
